BSA, Flamma® 749

BSA, Flamma® 749 is a fluorescence conjugated Bovine serum albumin (BSA). Flamma® Fluor dyes display strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield and high photostability, and they maintain good fluorescence activity and stability after conjugated to biomolecules. The maxima of Ex/Em values are at 749/774 nm. Fluorescent BSA conjugates have been used in many applications such as quantitative studies of electroporation, measurement of plasma volume, intracellular protein processing.
