Black01 quencher displays high absorption coefficient, superb stability and aqueous solubility. The thiol is attached to Black01 quencher through a spacer. qFlamma® Black01 thiol can be labeled to thiol of probes or biomolecules through a disulfide bond formation or can be utilized as a reference standard for fluorophore-quencher pair probes.
