KY02111

KY02111 promotes differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) to cardiomyocytes by inhibiting Wnt signaling in hPSC in a manner that is distinct from that of previously studied Wnt inhibitors. The substantial (98%) differentiation of hPSC to cardiomyocytes with KY02111 is achieved in xeno-free and cytokine-free conditions.
