Single Cell Full Length mRNA Amplication Kit can use 1-500 cells or 10 pg-10 ng total RNA as template, Oligo(dT) VN Primer as reverse transcription primer for cDNA synthesis, and use Sc Reverse Transcriptase reverse transcriptase Template-switching activity adds a linker sequence to the 3'end of the cDNA, and then performs subsequent PCR amplification through the linker sequence to obtain a full-length cDNA amplification product, effectively avoiding 3'preference and rRNA contamination during cDNA synthesis. The obtained full-length cDNA amplification products can be analyzed for genetic regulation information such as gene expression differences, alternative splicing, and fusion genes. The Single Cell Full Length mRNA Amplication Kit is compatible with sample volumes within 2.5 μl.
