Library Preparation VAHTS® RNA Adapters set5 for Illumina®

VAHTSTM RNA Adapters set3-set6 for Illumina® are dedicated kits for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform library construction, suitable for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform multi-sample RNA library construction. The set3 kit (N809) contains a total of 24 different Index adapters from RNA Adapter 96-01 to RNA Adapter 96-24; the set4 kit (N810) contains a total of 24 different indexes from RNA Adapter 96-25 to RNA Adapter 96-48 Adapters; set5 kit (N811) contains 24 different Index adapters from RNA Adapter 96-49 to RNA Adapter96-72; set6 kit (N812) contains 24 different indexes from RNA Adapter 96-73 to RNA Adapter 96-96 Index connector. All adapters provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional verification to ensure the stability and reproducibility of library construction to the greatest extent.Application: The sample has a wide range of compatibility: Wide variety: total RNA of animal and plant cells/tissues, isolated and purified small RNA, and other types of total RNA (such as total exosomal RNA) can be used as starting templates; Wide starting amount: compatible with 100 ng-1 μg total RNA input.
