The newly optimized 2 × CE Mix V3 not only ensures a high cloning success rate for complicated situations such as large vectors and GC-rich/poor homologous arms, but also significantly enhances compatibility with amounts of DNA input. This greatly solves the problem of reduced cloning efficiency caused by low DNA fragment concentration.
