Trident pico Western HRP Substrate

Trident pico Western HRP Substrate can detect horseradish peroxidase at the low pico to mid femtogram level. Trident pico Western HRP Substrate provides superior sensitivity compared to competitor products and is more economical. The substrate is supplied as two components. Substrate may be used for any blotting application utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugates. The substrate can be used with various blocking buffers and on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Detection and analysis may be done by CCD imaging systems or x-ray film.
