Anti-Phospho-beta Catenin (Thr41/Ser45) Rabbit mAb
β-Catenin is a key downstream effector in the Wnt signaling pathway, and it is involved in early embryonic development and tumor
formation. CK1 phosphorylates β-Catenin at the Ser45 site, which triggers subsequent phosphorylation of β-Catenin by GSK-3β. GSK-3β
phosphorylates β-Catenin at the Ser33, Ser37, and Thr41 sites to facilitate its degradation. Mutations in these sites result in the stabilization
of β-Catenin levels and have been identified in various tumor cell lines
