Anti-MORF4L2 Rabbit mAb

The MRGX protein is a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex. It alters the interaction between nucleosomes and DNA by acetylating histones H4 and H2A, thereby facilitating the interaction between modified histones and other proteins that positively regulate transcription. It plays an important role in selective gene transcription activation. In addition, the MRGX protein is also a component of the MSIN3A complex, where it inhibits transcription by deacetylating histones.
