The E-Z 96® Plant RNA Kit provides a convenient and rapid method for the isolation of total RNA from a variety of plant samples. The kit includes a homogenization plate to efficiently remove cell debris and simultaneously homogenize the lysate. In combination with the HiBind RNA plate, this kit permits purification of high-quality RNA from as much as 40 mg seed tissue or up to 100 mg plant tissue.
