CDKtide

The CDKtide peptide sequence (CKKKYSPTSPSYSPTSPSY-SPTSPS) is derived from the C-terminus of the largest subunit of human RNA polymerase II which has 52 approximate tandem repeats of 7 amino acids Y-[ST]-P-[STQ]-[ST]-P-[SRTEVKGN]. This peptide is suitable as a substrate for CDK7, CDK8, CDK9 and CDK11.
