Cell Isolation Optimizing System

A complete method development kit containing an assortment of enzymes most frequently used in tissue dissociation and cell isolation procedures. Includes instructions, references and strategies for the handling, use and optimization of enzymatic cell isolation methods to achieve maximum yield of viable cells. Kit includes 500 mg of each of four types of collagenase, 500 mg trypsin, 50 ku hyaluronidase, 100 mg elastase, 100 mg papain, 25 mg DNase I, 10 mg neutral protease (Dispase®) and 100 mg trypsin inhibitor.
