Secure sealing of all wells eliminates edge effects in sensitive ELISA assays. SealPlate® films can also be used with tissue-culture plates for short-term storage, incubation, and containment of biohazards. SealPlate® films are non-pierceable. Each film measures 79.4 x 146 mm.
Aera Seal Film, Sterile Reference: AC1201-02 A 114 µm thick hydrophobic porous film with medical-grade adhesive for tissue culture plates, bio-blocks, and 96-well plates where gas exchange is necessary for cell or bacterial growth. AeraSeal films minimize cross-contamination, spillage, and evaporation. They allow uniform air and CO2 exchange for all wells, unlike the plate lids which favor exchange for wells near the plate edges. Dimensions: 82.6 x 142.9 mm for standard size tissue culture plates.
E-Z 96 DNA Plate Reference: BD96-01 E-Z 96® plates are silica glass fiber plates that can bind up to 50 µg of genomic DNA or 20 µg of plasmid DNA per prep. Each well has a capacity of 1 mL and the plates are semi-skirted. E-Z 96® DNA plates can be processed in vacuum manifolds and/or by centrifugation. 96-well Square-well Plate Reference: EZ9602-02 This 2.0 mL well plate is manufactured from high polypropylene (PP) for excellent temperature and chemical resistance. This plate can be used as a collection plate for E-Z 96® DNA/RNA plate and also fit the vacuum manifold (VAC-03). It also fits well with most robotic workstations including Zymark, Tecan, Hamilton, Rosys and Beckman.
