The E-Z 96® Cycle Pure Kit procedure allows for the parallel purification of up to 96 PCR samples from multiple amplifications. The E-Z 96® Cycle Pure Kit utilizes multiwell technology for manual or fully automated high-throughput purification. The HiBind® DNA resin selectively adsorbs DNA molecules in an optimized binding buffer (Buffer CP). After a single wash step, pure PCR products are eluted in water or Elution Buffer provided and are ready to use in subsequent applications.

Non-invasive sample collection tube for collection and stabilization of protein and DNA in the same oral sample.  Oral sample collection has gained widespread acceptance due to its non-invasive nature and because continuous visual contact of the collection process is possible.  Current non-invasive collection products are designed for immediate detection using stick-based technology, but are limited to simple yes/no answers.  If additional data is required, a more robust collection method coupled with high-sensitivity downstream analysis is necessary.

RTv Reverse Transcriptase is obtained from the M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase by directed genetic engineering, which has excellent reverse transcription efficiency, specificity, sensitivity and thermal stability. It is applicable for Reverse Transcription Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (RT-LAMP). With the new generation of hot start technology, the reaction system can be prepared at room temperature. Moreover, the enzyme activity is inhibited at temperatures below 45°C, thus improving specificity.

E-Z 96® Plant DNA Kits adapted buffer system from Omega Bio-tek's SP Plant DNA system which is particularly useful to process varieties of plants, such as those with unusually high levels of phenolic compounds or polysaccharides as exemplified in cotton, pine and peanut samples. Up to 50 mg of wet tissue or 12 mg dry tissue can be processed in each well in less than 1 hour. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of the HiBind matrix with the speed and versatility of the E-Z 96® DNA plate to eliminate polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from plant tissue lysates. Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, and hybridization techniques.

RTv Reverse Transcriptase (Glycerol-free) is obtained from the M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase by directed genetic engineering, which has excellent reverse transcription efficiency, specificity, sensitivity and thermal stability. It is a lyophilizable version of RTv Reverse Transcriptase (Vazyme #RV101), applicable for Reverse Transcription Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (RT-LAMP). With the new generation of hot start technology, the reaction system can be prepared at room temperature. Moreover, the enzyme activity is inhibited at temperatures below 45°C, thus improving specificity.
