This buffer is supplied as 10X TBS solution containing 1% Tween. It is used as 1X in all western blotting, ELISA and Chemiluminescence assays as a washing buffer, making blocking solution, diluting HRP-secondary and primary antibody etc. This buffer does not contain any phosphate, sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase, and antibodies to phosphoproteins.
