DIVERSA mRNA Delivery Nanoparticles Reference: DIV053 Our Nanoparticle Reagent for Precision RNA Therapy Delivery is a cornerstone in gene therapy and molecular biology. It enables efficient mRNA transfection in cells, including primary cultures and organoids. Applications for protein expression and gene function studies, among others, can be expanded for gene editing with a customized solution. These lipid nanoparticles are compatible with a wide range of cell lines, making it valuable in RNA therapeutics, precision medicine, and in vitro/in vivo gene expression studies. They are formulated in a very simple fashion avoiding the use of microfluidics and other complex infrastructure. DIVERSA’s lipid nanoparticles have a narrow size distribution, are highly biocompatible and stable, do not produce cell toxicity, and lead to high expression levels. DIVERSA’S nanoparticles for delivery of different types of oligonucleotices, as for example siRNA, miRNA, circRNA, ASOs ,and more, can be requested as a customized solution. Additionally, we can offer nanoparticles for surface-decoration with specific ligands for selective targeting under request.

DIVERSA Fluogreen mRNA Delivery Nanoparticles Reference: DIV053F1 The Fluorescent Nanoparticle Reagent for RNA Therapy Delivery is a key tool in RNA-based therapeutics and cellular imaging. With a high transfection efficiency, it allows for the tracking of mRNA delivery in live and fixed cells, essential for studies in gene expression, RNA interference, and gene therapy. With its strong fluorescence and rapid cellular uptake, it's indispensable in fields like genetic engineering, personalized medicine, and in vivo imaging. Alternative solutions can be developed under request, including different fluorophores as Cy3, Cy5, Cy7.
Citrate buffer, 10X pH6.0 Reference: GTX30936 This buffer is intended for heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections prior to application of antibodies. In IHC, commonly used fixatives (like formalin) mask tissue antigens through cross-linking, often resulting in poor or no staining. The use of this buffer on FFPE tissue sections improves antibody accessibility to tissue antigens.

EDTA buffer, 10X pH 8.0 Reference: GTX30937 This buffer is intended for heat-induced antigen retriever on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections prior to application of antibodies. In IHC most commonly used fixative like formalin mask tissue antigens (cellular, membrane and nuclear) by cross-linking process, this results in poor or no staining in IHC. The use of this buffer on FFPE tissue section improves accessibility of antibodies to tissue antigens.
