Dialysed - 100ml Reference: S181D-100 Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) South America, Dialysation: The dialysis reduces the concentration of free low molecular weight components such as nucleotides, amino acids, hormones and ions. We use a dynamic filtration method to produce our dialysed serum. The sera are dialysed using a 1 Da molecular weight cut-off membrane.

This serum is usefull where there endogenous molecules may interfere with experimental works. This serum may show some reduced growth promotion ability for cells requiring the presence of certain hormones.
