FuGENE® 6 is a multi-component lipid-based transfection reagent that allows for the efficient delivery of all sizes of DNA into a broad range of cell types with extremely low cytotoxicity. FuGENE® 6 saves time and resources because it minimizes reagent preparation, media changes, and optimization. It also eliminates the side effects of toxicity while providing high transfection efficiency, which leads to successful transfection of more than 800 cell lines. FuGENE® 6 can be used for the study of gene expression, cancer biology, cell-based protein & virus production, and for many other applications in functional genomics, proteomics, and cellular analysis.

Exo-spin™ technology combines precipitation and size exclusion chromatography (SEC), providing flexibility and performance. Using only precipitation for exosome isolation co-purifies large amounts of non-exosomal proteins and other material, as well as carried-over precipitant. SEC is reliable for exosome isolation, but a step is needed for low-exosome content starting material (such as cell culture media) to concentrate the sample prior to SEC isolation. For most applications, precipitation is the simplest way to achieve this concentration. Small samples can be purified directly. For larger samples we provide a simple, two-step protocol that allows consistent and reliable purification of samples in under 2 hours. Iterative loading can also be used to increase loading sample volume.

Our Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), pH 7.2–7.6, is a highly reliable and ready-to-use biological buffer essential for molecular biology and cell culture applications. Each foil pouch contains a precisely measured, high-quality powder blend that dissolves to create a 10L volume of a 1X working solution. This eliminates the need for complex calculations, measurements, and pH adjustments, saving you valuable lab time. Applications Use our 1X PBS as a gentle, isotonic wash solution in a wide range of assays: - ELISA and Western Blotting (Protein Applications) - Cell Culture (Sterile Filtration Recommended; Washing and Resuspension) - Immunohistochemistry (IHC) - Electrophoresis (e.g., as a sample diluent or wash) - Resuspension and Sonication of cells
