TRIFic CD63 Exosome Assay Reference: EX102 The TRIFic™ exosome detection assay delivers clear and consistent data quickly by providing quantitative data from purified or unpurified samples, including direct measurement of exosomes in plasma in a convenient 96-well format. It is similar to an ELISA assay, but the target is detected directly with a Europium label without any enzymatic reaction. TRIFic™ exosome detection assays are being made available for widely used exosome markers, allowing for identification of CD9+/CD81+/CD63+ - EVs.
TRIFic CD81 Exosome Assay Reference: EX103 The TRIFic™ exosome detection assay delivers clear and consistent data quickly by providing quantitative data from purified or unpurified samples, including direct measurement of exosomes in plasma in a convenient 96-well format. It is similar to an ELISA assay, but the target is detected directly with a Europium label without any enzymatic reaction. TRIFic™ exosome detection assays are being made available for widely used exosome markers, allowing for identification of CD9+/CD81+/CD63+ - EVs.
Wash Buffer (Concentrate 25x) Reference: Ex-P31 Wash Buffer (Concentrate 25x) for TRIFic exosomes assays.
Immuno Automation Buffer™ (10X) Reference: GTX30931 This buffer is supplied as 10X solution. It is used as 1X in all immunoassays (Immunofluorescence, IHC, ELISA, WB etc).as a washing buffer and can be used as dilution buffer for antibodies; however it does not contain any carrier proteins. This buffer does not contain any phosphate, sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase, and antibodies to phosphoproteins. Not suitable for dilution of antibodies to S100 proteins. This buffer does not contain any proteins.
Exosome Research - Starting Package Reference: EX11 The pack has been designed to introduce you to our complete range of solutions from isolation to the detection of exosomes in a wide range of applications. This pack is intended both for researchers who are new to the field and existing researchers who would like to try our kit to compare to methods they currently use.
Trident 10X TBST Reference: GTX30976 This buffer is supplied as 10X TBS solution containing 1% Tween. It is used as 1X in all western blotting, ELISA and Chemiluminescence assays as a washing buffer, making blocking solution, diluting HRP-secondary and primary antibody etc. This buffer does not contain any phosphate, sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase, and antibodies to phosphoproteins. This buffer does not contain any proteins.
Trident 10X PBST Reference: GTX30977 This buffer is supplied as 10X PBS solution containing 1% Tween. It is used as 1X in all western blotting, ELISA and Chemiluminescence assays as a washing buffer, making blocking solution, diluting HRP-secondary and primary antibody etc. This buffer does not contain any sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase. This buffer does not contain any proteins.
Citrate buffer, 10X pH6.0 Reference: GTX30936 This buffer is intended for heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections prior to application of antibodies. In IHC, commonly used fixatives (like formalin) mask tissue antigens through cross-linking, often resulting in poor or no staining. The use of this buffer on FFPE tissue sections improves antibody accessibility to tissue antigens.
