Research Use Only Applications: Reactions with Thiol-reactive Groups oYo-Link® Thiol enables the site-specific labeling of oYo-Link®-compatible antibodies with a Thiol to the IgG heavy chain. oYo-Link® Thiol limits the attachment of the thiol labels to the heavy chains of the antibody and therefore ensures that the thiol label does not interfere with antibody binding. Furthermore, site-specific labeling limits 1-2 Thiol labels to be attached per antibody, providing precise antibody-conjugate ratios. The antibody labeling procedure simply requires mixing oYo-Link® Thiol with the desired antibody followed by photocrosslinking with non-damaging black light (365 nm). Photocrosslinking can be carried out in most buffers, including those containing amine-containing molecules (e.g. TRIS, glycine) or storage proteins. (see Buffer Compatibility Table). Requirements: To label your compatible antibodies with oYo-Link®, you will need a Light Source emitting at 365nm (6-10W). Use your own Compatible Device from our list or purchase AlphaThera's LED Photo-Crosslinking Device. Technical Support: For questions concerning compatibility or click-chemistry procedure email support@alphathera.com

This gene encodes a cell surface glycoprotein which is typically expressed on endothelial cells and cells of the immune system. It binds to integrins of type CD11a / CD18, or CD11b / CD18 and is also exploited by Rhinovirus as a receptor. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Research Use Only Applications: Click Chemistry with TCO (trans-cyclooctene)-bound molecules. oYo-Link® Tetrazine allows for the site-specific labeling of oYo-Link®-compatible antibodies with up to two tetrazine labels per antibody for subsequent copper-free click chemistry reactions with TCO (trans-cyclooctene)-bound molecules. oYo-Link® Tetrazine limits the attachment of the tetrazine labels to the heavy chains of the antibody and therefore ensures that the tetrazine label does not interfere with antibody binding.
